Tee Off This Summer at the Reston National Golf Course

In 1958, golfer Edmund Ault officially began working as a golf consulter and course designer from an enclosed porch “office” and his wife acting as secretary. He became a legend in the golf world, remodeling existing courses and creating those of his own. His courses can be found across the country, including our very own Reston National Golf Course, opened in 1970.

Today, this certified Audubon International Cooperative Sanctuary is well-known in the local community and committed to preserving and protecting the environment that makes it possible. With over 6,800 yards, the course features 18 holes and with a par of 71, the course gives golfers the chance to play by foot or with a cart. They even offer online booking to ensure you get your ideal tee time in advance.

If you’ve still got a bit to learn about the game of golf, check out the Reston National Practice Facility, where you can test drive your game with 35, 70, or 90 balls at a time. Or, head to The Learning Center at Reston National, where they’ve trained more than 6,500 golfers with an “emphasis on fun.”

Whether you’re a longtime golfer or new to the game, Reston National Golf Course has an option ready for you.
