Aperture’s First Annual Resident Pool Party Was a Splash

We’re still celebrating summer here at Aperture in Reston, VA. Recently, we held our first annual resident pool party and we’re ecstatic to report that the event was a success. At Aperture, there’s always something to do whether it’s taking advantage of all that our amenities have to offer from the gym to the pool, visiting the Reston Farmers Market or another local community entity or hanging out at one of our special resident events. This summer was no exception with droves of our residents coming out to our most recent pool party. Check out some photos from the inaugural event below! Delicious barbecued goodies were provided by Red, Hot and Blue BBQ. Can you say yum?! Pulled pork burgers were served up with sides of mac and cheese and coleslaw. Thanks so much to our friends at Red, Hot and Blue BBQ for the mouthwatering meals. Residents had a great time kicking back with backyard games like yard pong, giant jenga and the classic cornhole. A DJ spun a variety of top tunes for all to enjoy while sipping on summer brews and munching on popsicles. Aperture residents also hung out poolside and tanned with books in hand or splashed around the luxurious resort-style pool with friends and family, fully taking in the height of summer.
