End of Summer Bucket List: Reston
It’s almost time for the changing of the seasons again. Take advantage of the final days of warm weather by heading to these local Reston spots near Aperture. Walker Nature Center knows what the end of summer is all about! Spend an evening here roasting marshmallows, stargazing and hiking or partaking in the Center’s unique nature programming. Walker Nature Center is an eight-minute drive from Aperture.
Animal feeding, open air bus tours and exhibits galore, Roer’s Zoofari is the perfect place to spend a family day at the end of the summer season. Have an artsy end of summer day by checking out an exhibit at the Greater Reston Arts Center. Head to the

Grab dinner with a view by stopping by Lake Anne Plaza. Choose from a plethora of restaurants to suit your own individual tastes. Indulge in Fine Thai cuisine at

Café Montmartre. Or, go for a casual coffee, wine or beer at
Lake Anne Coffee House. Lake Anne Plaza is an eight-minute drive from Aperture.
